The bathroom looked old. the water was brown when i used the shower. there was also a moldy smell in the room. I couldn't ignore it. the room cleaning wasn't thorough.

the staff were so kind and helpful, always making me feel welcome. the hotel manager was especially appreciated for sorting out a late check-out. This kindness made my departure stress-free. i really felt they cared about my experience.

The hotel is showing its age. while clean, the furniture looked worn, and some fixtures needed updating. i am confident management will improve this aspect soon.

the beautiful queen or twin room pool view included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. two large water bottles were provided daily (it was a thoughtful touch). the bed was huge and very comfy.

The food was delicious. The manager of food and beverages, Mr Mohamed Helmy, was attentive. He ensured we felt at home. Everything was clean. His team managed the buffet well during busy times. A sandy beach was near. Lifeguards ensured comfort. The Italian restaurant impressed us with very nice cooking. The main restaurant provided excellent service. A supervisor was professional. Room housekeeping did a fantastic job. We returned to a beautifully decorated room daily. We found flowers on our bed. The hotel is super clean, with excellent upkeep.

Solid Hotel With A Few Fixable Issues

I found the location quite convenient. The private beach access was nice. I could walk there directly. The food selection met my needs with multiple options. I was able to eat something different each day. The room service was also very quick. I had my meals on time. I needed help with something, and they responded immediately.
